Boxerský trénink trvá 1,5 hodiny a začíná rozcvičkou - lehkým během kombinovaným s různými cviky případně míčovou hrou, následně s procvičením a protažením hlavních svalových skupin.
Ve
skupinách pokračuje nácvik boxerských technik, jejich opakování,
stínový box, řízený - lehký sparing pro začátečníky, ostrý sparing -
pro pokročilé a vrcholové boxery, nácvik úderů do závěsných boxovacích
pytlů, nástěnných podušek, do úderových terčů - lap, atd.
Při
výcviku se používají švihadla, tenisové míčky, plné míče -
medicinbaly. Další částí tréninku je dynamické posilování, zakončené
relaxačním cvičením pro uvolnění a zklidnění organismu.
Pokud nemá cvičenec vlastní základní boxerské vybavení, je toto zdarma k zapůjčení:
boxerské zápasové rukavice,
boxerské tréninkové rukavice - pytlovky,
ochranné přilby,
tréninkové kovové válečky,
kožená nebo ocelová švihadla,
tenisové míčky atd.
Při tréninku se doporučuje používat obinadla, bandáže a chrániče chrupu - (možnost zakoupení u trenéra).
U trenéra je také možné zakoupit veškeré vybavení na trénink (např. boxerské rukavice, švihadla atd.).
Trénink probíhá ve sportovním oblečení (tričko, krátké kalhoty nebo tepláky, sportovní obutí)Po tréninku jsou k dispozici sprchy.
Poplatky za trénink-roční poplatek 500,-Kč
Termíny tréninků-pondělí až čtvrtek od 16.00hod
